Doug cleaned our carpet, upstairs and down, (including the stairs themselves) and also our 30 year old sectional sofa. He was friendly and more than willing to work with our hectic summer schedule. He did a superb job, and was finished in less than four hours. I can have people over again without being embarrassed! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet or furniture cleaned. more

The splotch is gone! Joy fills the land! 5/13/2011

Doug cleaned our business office today! He was great. The hideous splotch (and a lot of other stains) are gone! Happiness reins in our little office again. And because he knew us (we're a non-profit), he cut us a great deal. Highly recommended! more

Great Carpet Service 4/19/2011

Local Carpet Cleaner Does a Terrific Job 3/17/2011

Doug cleaned are carpet this past week end. He was punctual and did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug and TLC to anyone I know or don't know, in fact I think I just did! Oh, and did I say that the price was a lot less than you would think. more

With two furry dogs, a messy husband, and an active two year old, our carpets can get quite a beating! Doug is always there to make those rugs, carpets, and upholstery look like new. I can trust and depend on him to always do a fabulous, efficient, and affordable job in a very timely and professional manner. Super Doug to the Rescue! 10/14/2010

I set my printer on the carpet last night when I was switching to a new one. When I picked it up, there was black ink on my beige carpet that left three spots. Ahhhh!!! I contacted Doug and he came right out and I was amazed at how he got the spots out. We thought we were going to have to hire somebody to spot replace carpet. Doug is efficient, very professional and takes pride in his work. We will sure use TLC Carpet Cleaning for our carpet cleaning needs! more

Doug spent time on the details today. Our carpet is well worn, and he was able to bring it back to life. We had some serious stains in the dining room and the stairs were a challenge. We are very pleased. He brings a great smile to work with him, very pleasant and efficient. more

Super Friendly Service & Excellent Cleaning 8/24/2010

Doug was professional, friendly and super accommodating! When he arrived we asked him if he could clean an additional room than what was originally requested and he was more than willing to complete the extra request. He has an excellent attitude and knows how to get the job done. We had play-doh caked into our carpet and chair and Doug made it disappear!! We are so happy! more

Super Doug Rocks! My carpets are beautiful again : ) 11/18/2009

I called on a friday and Doug came to clean my carpets on monday. Due to lack of funds, my carpets had not been cleaned in 2.5 yrs so it was time. I was able to hire TLC because their fees are very affordable, especially for the wonderful customer service, plus my carpets look far better than any other company I have used in the past. My carpets dried so fast so this family of 5 was not held back from daily life due to wet carpets. Thank you TLC and Super Doug! I recommend you to all my friends and family and clients.
