Doug was totally accommodating to my business schedule, showed up on time and did a great job. He is completely honest and a truly nice guy. He did the job quickly, for a great price. My carpets look better than when they were new, and they were dry in an hour. I love that he uses a totally Green cleaning system. Thanks Doug.
