I set my printer on the carpet last night when I was switching to a new one. When I picked it up, there was black ink on my beige carpet that left three spots. Ahhhh!!! I contacted Doug and he came right out and I was amazed at how he got the spots out. We thought we were going to have to hire somebody to spot replace carpet. Doug is efficient, very professional and takes pride in his work. We will sure use TLC Carpet Cleaning for our carpet cleaning needs!
