I called on a friday and Doug came to clean my carpets on monday. Due to lack of funds, my carpets had not been cleaned in 2.5 yrs so it was time. I was able to hire TLC because their fees are very affordable, especially for the wonderful customer service, plus my carpets look far better than any other company I have used in the past. My carpets dried so fast so this family of 5 was not held back from daily life due to wet carpets. Thank you TLC and Super Doug! I recommend you to all my friends and family and clients.
