I'm totally shocked on what the person before me wrote. I went In sometime during December for a battery replacement and although it was extremely busy it took the lady that helped me no more than 15 minutes. They also offered me a life time warranty for the batteries Of my watch for only $5, bargain right?! Apart from that I ended up buying myself a really nice guess watch for a really good deal and they sized it for free. Really friendly associates and a great staff. Highly recomend. more

The pople at Time Factory Watch Outlet do not know how to install a simple battery watch. While I was shopping at the Shopping Extravaganza (Entrance Fee goes to Charity), I took my watch to get a new battery. An employee took the watch, didn't give me a claim ticket and went to the back of the store to change the battery. When sheemerged about 20 minutes later, she handed me the watch. It was SEVERLY scratched and the battery didn't work. I complained and asked for a manger. The manager (some blonde who would not give me her name) said that the watch was already scratched. I told her it was a new watch and she handed me my bil , even though the battery on the watch was not working, and tried to hurry me out of the store.
