I swear this shop isn't what it used to be. My family and i have several vehicles that we ALWAYS take into TAS. For years we've been loyal and haven't taken any of our vehicles elsewhere. However, over time, they've gotten worse and worse. #1, the young lady at the front is usually very prompt in calling customers back. My last experience, she NEVER called me back. I had to harass her just for the simple fact I couldn't get them to call me back. Came back that I had a pretty extensive repair, which was expected. So, I gave them the # to my warranty company to go ahead and file a warranty claim. Didn't get a call back so I called my warranty company to check on the claim 2 days later. The company said they haven't heard anything from any repair shop. I called back to Tidwell and she says, ""Oh I was just about to call them!"" 2 DAYS LATER. At this point they've had my car for a WEEK. Finally, the ball started rolling and I was given the repair estimate...3 WEEKS LATER. Now, again I completely understand repairs take a while, but them having my car for 5 weeks is ridiculous. I feel taken advantage of especially since we've done so much business with them and have given them THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars. They just aren't what they used to be and i will never do business with Tidwell Auto Svc again....period
