Your team at Tidwell's is my top choice service provider. I know that when I bring my vehicle in, I will get a honest and fair quote. The work is always performed to the highest standards and with quality parts. Several times when I come to pick up the car, the cost is lower and your team was able to save me money more

I've been a customer for several years now and appreciate having someone I trust to work on my vehicles after the manuf. warranty is out. I have always felt like I could trust you to be honest with me and tell me what I really needed. I have had some instances where a dealer told me something that you disagreed with - thus saving me some money. more

The last time I was in was for my 2005 Chrysler T&C Van brakes. They were squeaking. You replaced them very inexpensively. I?m not sure, it may have been under warranty, and, therefore, free. more

I appreciate the quality of the work done in your shop and the very fair price you charge. I appreciate Tidwell people giving me a ride home while my car in in your shop for extended repairs. Tidwell Auto Svc is bad 7/21/2009

I recieved their free oil change coupon and go to their place to do the oil change, another reason I choose them is that they said they are trustable and friendly. This bad experience end up I am been cheated and will never go back.\r \r They do the oil change for me and I find my brand new camry is much more niosy and bad gaslion smell. I contact them right a way to ask check the car, but when I go there they said they are too busy to take care of me.I have to go home. In the evening, my husdand open the front hood of my car, find that they leave my engie oil cap open somewhere else in the hood. The oil is every where in my hood. The oil in engie is lost a lot and I already drive my car 58 miles in hot plano weather. next morning I ask them to check my engie damage and clean my hood to refill the oil. They just said trust them my engie is OK and just close the engie cap for me and refuse to do any check. The manager even shut up her office door in front of me and kick me out of the more

bad place? bad service 5/22/2009

the service people of Tidwell Auto Service is despicable, impolite, and ridiculous. The law said every customer has right to know the infornation about the good and serivce, and choose what they like. but at here you do not have that kind rights. you just can agree what they offer, and pay how much they want you to pay, after that you can get a good service.Otherwise you just out from their place. what do they think who they are? i just ask the people in the reception, why my bill is so expensive? that guy just drive me away, and call policeman. what the hall is this place?
