I am a concession trailer distributor and make several trips to Alabama in the summertime. New to the area, I wasn't sure about who I should have work on my vehicles. I DO NOW! It is 36 degrees outside and Lauren at the front desk was so kind to drive me home while I waited to get my truck serviced. Who does that? 2 Thumbs up for Tidwell Auto Service!! more

The work is always performed to the highest standards and with quality parts. Several times when I come to pick up the car, the cost is lower and your team was able to save me money. more

The staff at Tidwell Auto Service is just wonderful. Christian people with a Christian attitude to help you with your car problems. Technicians with certification and knowledge. The sign by the door says ""Thanks for 29 year."" That has to mean they do something right. My car was repaired quickly and for the price I was quoted. I believe I have finally found an honest repair shop that really cares about customers. more
