I don't leave reviews, but this company was sooooo rude! I have never been talked to like that before by anyone. They threatened me and when I tried to tell them I was going to have to research the cancelled check from over a year ago they Just talked over me. I could not get a word in. I asked Mr. Gilbreath to let me speak and when he would not I told him only to contact me by Mail and that's how he would here from me. I then hung up because he was still repeating the same thing and talking over me. He called this morning and talked to my assistant and threatened her. He said he wasn't rude and, "" you know whats rude is not paying yuor bills."" when he was explained to that we were waiting for the cancelled check from our bank he just continued to threaten and insult us. He didn't want to hear anything so he just talked over anything you said. His attitude and rudeness left me with not wanting to do anything but prove him wrong. I will not be doing anything for him but sending a registerd letter today telling him to only contact me by mail. and will send the proof to the hospital that the bill is in question. Pros: if you want to tee off people to try and get resolution you'll love this company Cons: they just harrass and don't collect. more

A CSR NAMED DONNA CALLED ME ABOUT A BILL I OWE. SHE CALLED ME A ""BI-CH"" AND ""WORTHLESS"" AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR SHE HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK A MR. GILBREATH CLAIMED HE HEARD OUR CONVERSATION AND SHE NEVER SAID THOSE THINGS TO ME AND HE REFUSED TO PUT HIS SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE ALSO. I UNDERSTAND I OWE A BILL. I AM LIKE ALOT OF OTHER AMERICANS BUT TO TREAT ME LIKE I AM A WORTHLESS PERSON AND TO CALL ME THAT ISNT GONNA GET ME TO PAY THIS BILL ANY SOONER. more

First off, I do not owe this company any money, my ex (of 6 years ago) does, why my number was issued to this monstrosity is beyond me. Monet Green (nickname)""Miss you can take the girl out of the slums, but can't take the slums out of the girl"" called me, gave me information-without me asking for it. Ohhh it doesn't end at the lack of client privacy, but then assumed I did not recieve child support from the dead beat, because thats what BOYS NOT MEN do after a divorce (her words exactly). I tried to have her mail me info that pertain to her taking my underage child to court, for a debt, but she was flat out RUDE, would not give the chance to explain this is the first I have heard about this and I am willing to look into this. This situation was so absurd, that I felt it was a prank, I asked for her superior and of course they were in a meeting and would have Paul call me back and gave me the wrong phone number to call. I know my laws Miss Monet Green if that is even your name, and I am filing a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission in Seattle, Washington and Department of Licensing in Olympia, Washington. I would not encourage any places of business to work with this company, as it may damage your reputation as well to be associated with such lack of professionalism, lack knowledge of boundary/laws, and untactful manners.
