Review content:
The installation of our water heaters went OK. We made a service call for a broken heater on a Saturday and the response was very prompt. Unfortunately, only one was in stock so it took a second service call on Monday to replace the second heater. I get that that can happen. I also don't mind a 3-inch gouge taken out of the edge of the door trying to get the old tank up and out of the basement. My gripe is with the permits dept. I received a letter from Waterworks with a permit from the City of Powell. Only one heater was listed on the permit. I waited a week for the second permit. None arrived. (The letter told me how critical it is to get the inspection within 30 days or the mfg warranty is invalidated.) I called and (without checking) the Waterworks permit person said I'd be getting a second permit. A week later I called again. The person replied that she would have to contact Powell to determine what to do. That was Tuesday. Today (Thursday), I talked with Powell who said Waterworks had not contacted them and she would email Waterworks. They are going to do the inspection anyway, however. Meanwhile, I don't understand the lack of attention to this matter. So 5 stars for the initial response, 5 for the phone person, 4 for the installer, and 1 star for the permit department = 15/4 which rounds up to 4 stars.
