Worst

Well the prices are high. Wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt for the snobby reseptionsit Kathleen she acts like she is better than everyone. Id rather go sonewhere where they are nicer...

I feel terrific! 1/31/2012

I left your shop Friday evening feeling terrific! It was a great way to wind down another hectic week - soothing ambiance, fun music, accomodating staff and a style and color by Christina (who is simply beyond compare!) What a lovely way to end the week and begin a weekend. Thank you! more

India is the most conscientious and talented stylist I have ever had!! She makes sure that your hair looks fabulous every time! I def. recommend her (and the salon) to anyone who loves having fabulous hair. more

I'm in *love* with Mode Salon 1/11/2012

I'm pretty much in love with Mode Salon; to me, they represent what true beauty means, metaphorically... It's not only about surface beauty, but what's beneath, and what's inside. In addition to being experts in making clients look good, the staff at Mode Salon is the most personable, genuine, kind and sincere in their interest in making you look and feel wonderful, that I've ever experienced. I typically go to Lonie and Stephanie for hair, and I see Megan for mani's and pedi's. I love the Salon East location, the house/salon has such a great and beautiful vibe, I could hang out there all day. Highly, highly recommended salon. <3 more

Fan-India-tastic! 1/7/2012

I went the first time today because my husband recommended them and I can only go on Saturdays. India took care of me and did an incredible job. Not only honest about my hair and the state it was in but brought it back to life. The place was very pretty and set up wonderfully. Very much enjoyed my visit and will return for color! Thanks again! more

Great Salon! 1/4/2012

I just love this salon, everyone from the first person you encounter at the front to the stylists in the back made me feel welcome.I had India and she had made a previous suggestion for a new cut, and I returned and I love it! For the first time ever I was able to blow dry my own hair out and did a pretty good job. She is very creative. I would definately return. Chris H. more

What a pleasure 12/28/2011

My stylist, Christina Meng, learned a wonderful new way of cutting hair--all with a razor--in East Hampton and brought it back to Gainesville, seemingly just for me. Add the fresh cup of coffee and the delightful ambiance and you have not only a new look but a new outlook when you are done! more

I have to say this is becoming a habit! I had another wonderful experience at Mode. Christina is so very sweet and charming but equally as important, she is a wonderful colorist and she gave me a great new cut just in time for the holidays. Everything was perfect! Thanks Christina! more

Beautiful Without Fail 12/19/2011

I have been coming to Modes for a little while now and without fail no matter how bad my hair is India, one of Modes shining stars, makes me look and feel beautiful. The spa is classy, friendly and whileout question worth every penny. I tried another "less expensive" spa once thinking to "save a buck", I will never do that again. They ruined my hairI looked like a calico hay stack. I called Modes told them my story and they got me in the chair the same day, India worked a flipping miracle over the next 4 and half hours! I couldn't believe it but she not only made my hair one color againbut made is full, soft and truly beautiful. I will be theirs for life. I have never seen anyone leave Modes looking less the beautiful, I would recommend them to anyone, male or female alike. more

Always Wonderful 12/16/2011

I have had hair cuts from more than one of their excellent stylists, had waxes done, and purchased several products from their beautiful product lines. I have never, not once, been disappointed by Mode Salon. The ambiance is soothing and elegant, all of the staff and the owners are kind, diligent, and friendly, and the location is convenient and trendy. It always feels like a real treat to come in for an appointment. Since first learning of Mode Salon several years ago, I have gone to no other salon. Love you guys! more

Exceptional! 12/14/2011

Recently moved to Florida and have desperately been trying to find a great stylist. I was recommended to Mode Salon to see Lonny, and it was such a great experience. He took the time to give me a tour of the salon, discuss all the hair products,and then give me a fantastic haircut that everyone is complementing me on. I will definitely return! more

I could write reviews for Mode Salon all day long. I have that many positive things to say about them. I'll keep it short and relevant though. They have done wonders with my hair and they do that each and every time I show up. I never seem to have a bad hair day anymore. Thanks guys! more

Just left Mode Salon and as always it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and makes sure that all my needs are met. Alyssa is a true artist and never fails to make me happy with my hair. I always treat myself to a pedicue with Megan while I am there and that is something that I look forward to every visit. more

Waxing and Friendly Staff!!! 11/17/2011

I went to the have some waxing done at the Mode Salon a couple of weeks ago and I loved it!! I had never been there before and was a little nervous, but I got Megan and she did an awesome job waxing. I was in and out literally in 20minutes and it didn't hurt a bit. I was so thrilled that I'm going back this week!!!Also, the staff there is really welcoming and friendly! I would definitely recommend them for all your salon needs and definitely for any waxing that you need to have done. Megan is AMAZING!!! more
