Location, location, location!! I was running the Chicago Marathon so the location was absolutely great! The views in the rooms were also great, eventhough some windows are small. more

The doorman Steve was awesome! We had car trouble and we were going to take it in to the shop. He looked at the car and figured out what the problem was. He saved us several hundreds of dollars and actually fixed the problem for us. more

Very pleased with our stay. Great location. The building has a charm that you just don't find these days. A lot of the room doors are original, the woodwork in the room shows the history of the hotel. I will most certainly stay there again. Being ghost enthusiasts, we walked the halls in the middle of the night. I love the old staircases and the fact that room 666 does not exist. Very awesome ! more

I loved the feel of the hotel, it had a very classy feel. The old charm really shined thru, and I could feel it's elegence. I loved the location of the hotel, it is conviently located within walking distance to many attractions. more

I stayed at your hotel on November 28. I would just like to tell you that I had a pleasant stay, no complaints. Your lobby was beautiful. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was very nice. After reading some negative comments on expedia I was sort of worried about staying at your hotel, but as soon as I walked in I felt I had nothing to worry about. The hotel location was great. We walked everywhere, and I just wanted you to know that I would recommend your hotel to anyone. Have a nice holiday. more

Superb 3/16/2011

The bell staff were nice and helped me with directions, and the flat screen and furnishings were updated in the hotel room. For the most part it was a good location for the cost and easy to access. Security was quick to my request about the room safe and it was easy to store my bags after checkout before I departed the city. more
