Although the girl at the desk was friendly, I will not be back here. If you ever wonder what it looks like to give up completely on your business, look no further. There are giant cobwebs everywhere, the restrooms are worse than any gas stations I have ever been in, carpets were filthy, only a fraction of the castles were blown up, It was a general disaster. more

A while back, my son almost suffocated at Texas Jumping Beans. He was 2 years old at the time, and he became trapped between two inflatables that were pushed up against each other. If we had not gotten lucky and seen his socks sticking out from between the inflatables, he would have certainly suffocated to death. There was no space for him to breath, and he was completely trapped and wedged between the two large inflatables. The solution is an easy fix. Simply re-position the inflatables so that they are not touching. We immediately contacted management about this serious health hazard and were assured that the problem would be fixed.\r \r Today, I brought my children to Texas Jumping Beans, and I was horrified to see that these two inflatables were up against each other again. I immediately contacted the employee on duty who understood and moved the inflatables apart. However, I felt that the owner needed to be contacted about this seriously dangerous safety issue. Those inflatables should never be touching each other in such a way that a child can be pinned. When I spoke to the owner, Bruce, he was incredibly rude and unconcerned about the issue. He told me that I was ""just one of those complainers"" and to do him a favor and never come back. I am utterly disgusted with the owner's blatant disregard for the safety of his customers. I only contacted him out of fear that another little child could get trapped exactly like my son, and he did not care at all about the safety issue. Awareness needs to be made, not only about this dangerous inflatable play place, but also about the fact that the owner does not care about the safety of his customers. His behavior as a business owner is completely unacceptable, and I now worry about what other underlying safety issues he is ignoring. more

Worst place possible for young kids! 10/24/2011

Well we had the misfortune of have my daughters B-day there last Sunday (10/23/11). It was a horrible experience to say the least. The floors are not padded and are covered with ground in candy and food. We were only there for 10 minutes when a bigger kid pushed one of our group out of a jump where she smashed her face on the non-padded floor lost a tooth. We also had other problems with a slide where big kids seemed to go all at the same time, with no regards for the smaller kids, and the management just did not seem to care. Employees were 2 high school kids and the owner. We also asked management several times about kids having food and drinks and candy in the inflatables. Again nothing was done. 2nd issue of the day, we had another in our group get hurt and had to call 911. The manager took note this time and came to our location to cover his butt. (He is fine). My daughter showed me several big holes inside the inflatables where she could stick in her foot. Other kids seem to be happy making the hole bigger and bigger. Either way it is up to you, we will not be back! Oh yea and when we went to settle up the bill more

TERRIBLE 12/6/2009

This place was dirty, uncontrolled, unkept, and just a melee free-for-all. There is absolutely NO control as to the guests following the posted rules. There is an area specifically for 3 and under, yet it was over-run by much older children, who were playing war and 'shooting' everyone and being extremely rough in an area for toddlers only. One of the older children was telling my 2 year old he had to ""get out"" of his section of the jumper, I interjected and said it's for everyone and so my son was allowed there and he had to share. The rude child then informed me the following ""My dad owns this place so I can do whatever I want."" I said well that may be but everyone still needs to follow the rules and since his dad was the owner, he needed to set a good example. He replied ""I dont have to follow the rules, just everyone else."" Nice! There was food and candy particles all over the floor (choking hazard for toddlers!!!) and in the jumpers, and there were no employees walking the floor keeping order. It may be a further drive for us, but Extreme Fun on Anderson Mill is BY FAR a superior facility, and we will take the extra drive to go there and will NEVER go to Texas Jumping Bean again, and we will advise everyone we know of the same.
