Review content:
A while back, my son almost suffocated at Texas Jumping Beans. He was 2 years old at the time, and he became trapped between two inflatables that were pushed up against each other. If we had not gotten lucky and seen his socks sticking out from between the inflatables, he would have certainly suffocated to death. There was no space for him to breath, and he was completely trapped and wedged between the two large inflatables. The solution is an easy fix. Simply re-position the inflatables so that they are not touching. We immediately contacted management about this serious health hazard and were assured that the problem would be fixed.\r

Today, I brought my children to Texas Jumping Beans, and I was horrified to see that these two inflatables were up against each other again. I immediately contacted the employee on duty who understood and moved the inflatables apart. However, I felt that the owner needed to be contacted about this seriously dangerous safety issue. Those inflatables should never be touching each other in such a way that a child can be pinned. When I spoke to the owner, Bruce, he was incredibly rude and unconcerned about the issue. He told me that I was ""just one of those complainers"" and to do him a favor and never come back. I am utterly disgusted with the owner's blatant disregard for the safety of his customers. I only contacted him out of fear that another little child could get trapped exactly like my son, and he did not care at all about the safety issue. Awareness needs to be made, not only about this dangerous inflatable play place, but also about the fact that the owner does not care about the safety of his customers. His behavior as a business owner is completely unacceptable, and I now worry about what other underlying safety issues he is ignoring.
