I've been going to Tech Plus Automotive for probably three years now--first with my Audi A4 and then with my husband's BMW. Both were under warranty. I've always dealt directly with Gary. He's always there at the front desk when you go in and he's just awesome. The minute you come in, he knows your name and says, "Hi." He's very friendly and they do very thorough work.
There have been a couple of times when the guys in the back have found things that were wrong with our cars that they thought were some kind of recall issue and should be taken care for free, since the cars were under warranty. They came out each time and told us that they could fix it, but that it was going to cost a lot of money and that we should go back to Audi or BMW and make them stand by their warranty. They went to bat for us when they could have just fixed the car and charged us an exorbitant amount for it.
They're honest and upfront and have explained everything they've done for us. Whenever I'm talking to them and I know that they're explaining a lot of things in great detail, but I'm not mechanically minded and am missing some of the significance, I've always asked if they would mind calling my husband. It's never been a problem for them. They just ask for his number and give him a call.
My husband just loves these guys. He has since sold his BMW and bought an Audi TT that's still under warranty, so we'll keep bringing that car back to Audi. But when it's no longer under warranty, this is for sure where we'll go. The A4 is long out of warranty now and I always take it there.
Any time I've ever phoned Gary if I can't get it in the same day, it's the next day. There's never a long wait and they're able to get me a loaner car as well. If there's a big charge, they always call and say, "This is what we found and this is what it's going to cost. Are you okay with that?" They're really great people. I can't say enough about them. I would recommend Tech Plus to anybody.
