Teazze

I have been to this salon many times, and since it is under new ownership, this place has never been better. My cut and color has always been perfect and the the service has been nothing but excellent. I am aslways greeted with a smile. I have been coming here for close to 2 years now, and it is better now than it was before. They also have a great aesthetician that does massages, and they always have specials for facial and massage combos. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! They are a great value for North Scottsdale. I have been to this salon a few times. The first time I loved my haircut but after that it just went down hill. The owner is very rude and will be cutting your hair and taking to the other stylists. Don't forget to ask for a gown or he will forget. The other stylists are similar in attitude to him. The last girl that cut my hair seemed really nervous and did a horrible job on my hair. I don't even think she had a license. I would recommend Rumors they know what customer service is all about and I love the hair cut I got there today. I will never go back to Teazze and I am sure with their horrible customer service others won't return either. Pros: Sorry can't think of one Cons: bad customer service, unexperienced stylists, too expensive for a SuperCut hair cut more
