I recently had a standby / backup generator installed at my residence by Tag Mechanical. Gregg, Tom & Cory showed up on schedule & worked through adverse weather conditions & tight spaces to get the job done. They all showed great care & courtesy not to track snow & mud into the house. They answered all my questions knowledgeably & completed the job with a high standard of workmanship. I also appreciated that they listened to and worked through any concerns that I had. I would call them & recomend them to others to perform mechanical installations and /or maintenance in the future. more

Tim came out when my furnace refused to heat. He diagnosed the problem gave me options re the repair/replacement with no pressure. Her made a temporary fix. He ordered the parts, that were delivered when they were promised, and arrived promptly on time a week later to do the repair. The office had suggested that I turn up my heat the night before the repair since the temperature was in the single digits to keep me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Time is knowledgeable, explained the repair in easily understandable terms, and made me comfortable that I had made the right decision. I will use TAG as my source of furnace, electrical and plumbing issues from now on. The company should be congratulated to have such competent and friendly people in its employ. more

Gregg just did the maintenance on my generator, and he explained what he did and set me up for semi-annual appointments in the future because of the condensation in the oil (due mostly to the location). Kathy from the office was very courteous in setting up the appointment, and she called me in the afternoon to let me know that Gregg was running late and to check if that was OK. I've been very happy with TAG's service. more

Tim s. Is a fine worker who tries to accommodate his customer . He determined the fault of poor furwg nctioning air conditioning. My concern however, is with his employer, TAG for not informing of the poor duct work prior to having installed a new air system. It seems as if making a sale is more important than serving a customer,s needs. For Tim I give a fine review, for TAG, POOR. more

Tom Kurtz and Jake V came to solve a minor problem with generator switch choices and a major problem with a hot neutral in lighting circuit. This turned out to involve two major circuit problems, including a circuit problem in the furnace, and they also fixed problems with outdated lighting fixtures, and replaced a kitchen lighting fixture. They spent hours to solve difficult problems, explained everything carefully to me, and spoke of several significant remaining issues which I should look into.I am very pleased with their work and their polite consideration. I would be happy to have them do more work for me and I am glad that TAG has such competent workers. more

Gregg has worked at our home on several occasions in the last two years. He is the kindest, most courteous, and neatest professional plumber we have ever had! He is very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of our plumbing systems on our property. He has installed sump pumps when we had a flood from our old system, fixed leaks, installed faucets, unplugged severely plugged drains...you name it! This guy is a gem, and a great representative for your company! I can't say enough good things about him! more

Gregg took out our old water heater and put in a new tankless water heating system. He was fantastic. Punctual, professional, polite. Quality work and spotless (no mess left for us at all) when he was finished. We will definitely call him again when we put in a new laundry room and bathroom into our basement. more

Jake and his team were very professional, courteous and completed the installation in the timeframe they told us AND considering the weather conditions (10 degrees) I was surprised that they even kept the appointment. Gregg Fiumara is truly a master plumber! He came to my home after a water pipe break and repaired both my hot and cold water lines, as well as took great thought and care of my residence while he was performing his job. He had to assess the damage which needed repair in both the upper and lower portion of my residence, gather the supplies and return to perform a quick, masterful repair. Then, he had to assess and repair a major drain break which required several measurements, pipe design and accurate repair between the upper and lower residence, once again. Gregg's expertise was most evident when he had to estimate where the damage was located behind a wall of sheet rock, and he was SPOT ON when he opened the wall to find the exact location of the break!!! However, what was most memorable to me during Gregg's repair jobs was that he would ALWAYS remove his shoes EVERY time he had to come upstairs to do repairs in my kitchen. Gregg had to go up and down my stairs many times throughout both repair jobs and I told him it was fine to keep his shoes on. However, Gregg insisted on not wearing his shoes on my carpet . . . priceless! I STRONGLY recommend Gregg for any plumbing repair for he is an ACCOMPLISHED MASTER PLUMBER. more
