Gregg did a great job! Called in advance and showed up on time; thoroughly explained service plan up front; gave very valuable and relevant advice; quickly performed service in an extremely professional manner that reflected very favorably on TAG. He was also very polite and personable, and obviously really cares about doing the best job he can and satisfying his customers. We'd be extremely happy to have him do our future service calls.
