Gregg just did the maintenance on my generator, and he explained what he did and set me up for semi-annual appointments in the future because of the condensation in the oil (due mostly to the location). Kathy from the office was very courteous in setting up the appointment, and she called me in the afternoon to let me know that Gregg was running late and to check if that was OK. I've been very happy with TAG's service.
