I would like to thank Tim G. for all that he did to get the ball rolling so my home could become warm and comfortable. Also I want to thank deeply, his crew that came to my home and did one fabulous job. They were so helpful to me, they went above and beyond what the job consisted of,, They did an excellent job, they are very kind, and personable. I trusted to leave them in my home to work while I had to leave. They worked in very cold weather and did not complain about anything. They worked very hard and after the job was done for that day, they cleaned up everything, left no mess for me. I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. They were wonderful and now I sit in a warm home, thanks to them. I cannt say enough about these 3 men. Their are no words that I can say to let you and everyone know what a great crew they are.. I say thank you to, BILLY, BRIAN, AND KEITH. you are wonderful, you did an excellent job and you are in my prayers. may God be with you all.... and keep you safe. Gregg Fiumara is a representative the company should be proud of. We had a plugged sewer line between the vent pipe and a basement drain which caused backup of material onto the basement floor. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within a few minutes had the problem resolved. He took the time to have us dump waste water from each of the toilets and sinks to insure no additional problems. His courteousness was much appreciated and we were fully informed every step of the way and answered all questions. Great company and staff to work with. more

I was delighted to see Tom K this morning. Last year he worked with the team who installed our in-home generator ,and today he was back to do the one year service. Tom displayed the same skillful competence and professionalism that he showed one year ago. I was so impressed that I asked him if he had the time to solve two electrical problems, and he was able to complete both much to my delight. Tom answered questions and readily explained things to me. Because of our experiences with Tom K., our family will choose to have TAG Mechanical do a service contract on our generator, and we will definitely use them for any electrical problems that we have. more

Tom K. came for an after hours service call. He was able to diagnose a problem with a piece of equipment that came mis-wired from the factory, which eliminated the need to spend hours to replace a component of our electrical system. He did a very good job explaining the generator system and how it works as well as how to care for the system. more

Gregg was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Took excellent pictures to show me the problem. After the repair, he showed me the pictures of the repair. This was my first experience with this company. They were very amendable to my schedule and repairs were done quickly. I will definitely use this company again for plumbing repairs more

On both occasions I found him to be professional, courteous, educational, hard-working and very personable and he completed his plumbing tasks efficiently without any waste of material or time.
