I will be honest. I had been a staunch Subaru loyalist for along time. Owning a few of there products. The Outback was on the top of my list. Then I saw the Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk, and thought wow! What is that!!?? Searched for my local Jeep dealer. Found Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep! Kathy McCullough greeted me. I asked a few questions about the Cherokee Trail hawk. We ended up taking it out for a drive. Wow! Amazing car! Kathy and I put the Trail hawk through its paces. Color me impressed. Everything just right. Only thing was. It outside my budget. Looking grim I thought. Love the Cherokee but no way I could swing the Trailhawk. Many dealers would have gave up or tell me more bad news. But Kathy, and Pat found a Latitude trim I fell in love with. Yeah. No trail rated. But still most of the toys I wanted and drive train, and the vibe of the Jeep mystique! I bought it! I love driving it everyday. Everything about it is awesome. Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep took great care of me, and I am blown away by this car. Service was fast and I feel like I can trust it. However, when I first walked in the door, it took maybe ten minutes for anyone to even look at me. I also had to go looking for my paperwork when service was done. I noticed the vehicle was parked outside but nobody came looking for me. When I went and asked the front desk, they had to to looking for the paperwork. My suggestion would be for maybe one person sticking to helping a costumer at a time instead of getting flustered with piles of paperwork at a time. more
