I feel like they genuinely care about me as a customer. I have never felt like they are pressuring me or trying to take my money. They even put my Seahawk Super Bowl license plate on for me! more

Car maintainence 1/30/2014

My car was making noises on the bottom took it in, they kept it over night and gave me a rental which was covered under my insurance and my car was ready the next day! Not only that it was fast, they called every time to update us on how much would it cost and how long would it take. Thanks again Tacoma Dodge! Our next goal will probably be looking into them to help us purchase a vehicle. more

First time fix! 1/30/2014

I have taken my Jeep to two other dealerships to be repaired. Each time it was a little better but after a week or two it returned back to the same problem. The first time using Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep, it was very fast and everything was fixed! I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle. Will definitely be using them from now on! more

This was my first time at the Tacoma Dodge. My Chrysler 300 need a catalytic converter and my problems were solve there, quickly and perfectly. Christine was amazing! I will recommend the place to everyone! I will come back a lot! more

Clean, friendly and awesome service 1/27/2014

It is so easy to pop in for an oil change - love that I don't need to make an appointment. I am always greeted first thing after walking in the door with a smile. It is pleasant to wait on the comfy couch and catch up on paperwork while I wait. I will keep coming back! more

Walked in no appointment and took 45 min and only paid 18$ for a oil change and other dodge places charged me 60$. Great deal for me more

Pretty good service 1/27/2014

I was pleased that I recieved an e-mail reminder to inform me that my truck was due for service. I made the appointment for same day day service and was able to get right in. I was pleasently suprized when I was told that since this was the ifrst oil change for this vehicle, that there was no charge to me. The oil change took the expected amount of time and I was out the door. What I would have like to have been told about is service packages. I did notice that there was a five year service plan and what is called a "six Pack" (six oil changes) advertized on a wall poster but the service manager did not offer it. I would like more information about these packages. more
