I was contacted by a recruiter less than 48 hours after applying for a position online, and had an interview scheduled for the next day. Everything came across as very professional- from Andi’s welcoming smile in the lobby to the layout of the modern waiting room. They definitely maintain a high level of expectations, both for their own employee’s, and the candidates they interview as well. After my interview, I was given contact information for each person I met with, and was told if I did not hear from them within three days to contact them directly. Less than a day later, I was contacted and offered the position at a higher salary than I expected! All of the recruiters within The TRAK Group are very professional and willing to go out of their way to get the job done, something you DON’T see very often in a hiring and staffing firm! I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone I come across looking for a job! more

After applying for a job on craigslist, I was contacted by a recruiter with Trak. I was told that I would need to come in and would be interviewed for the position I had originally applied for and to be there on time and dress to impress. I arrived almost a half hour early, and was not seen until almost 45 minutes after my interview was to start. The person who met me was not the person who I had been in contact with and informed me that this was, in fact, not an interview for that position that I had applied for (as it did not exist), but with Trak to try and place me, in other words there was no position and it was all a lie and a ploy to get me in there. During the interview I made it clear I wanted to stay and work downtown and the recruiter assured me that "we have so many companies downtown, you are a high priority to be placed!" That was over 6 months ago. I have yet to even have an INTERVIEW anywhere! Every few weeks she would call me, and tell me about this fabulous position that was just perfect for me, then call back two hours, or sometimes days, later and ALWAYS had the same story: "they just decided to hire internally". I also learned that they contacted my personal references and TRIED TO RECRUIT THEM! This is THE biggest joke of a company. Over 6 months, and them having me re-take every assessment, all which I have passed 100% every time, over and over again to not even gain an interview from them?? I finally told all this to my recruiter, and told her to lose my number, shred my file and to NEVER contact me again, that I was done with being strung along and lied to over and over and that they have done absolutely nothing but waste my time, energy and resources. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! more

The recruiters aren't experienced enough to know when candidates are perfectly qualified for a position and they do not call. They don't respond to emails. If you look at their site, you'll see that most of their jobs are low-paying and not worth the humiliation and degradation. more

Terrible and a waste of time. I finally landed a good job on my own accord. After I signed up with TRAK, I never received one call or a response if I had a question. I noticed several jobs on their website I was qualified for and would express my interest to TRAK without response. Employers are missing out on some fantastic employees by using these placement agencies and not researching potential candidates themselves. I found a job by networking. It took time but it was well worth it. more

Terrible. A waste of time. They contacted me , I went in and had an interview, they said they had a great job lined up for me and they would have an interview setup with a company that needed to hire asap. They promised more money than I was making as well. And then that was the last I have ever heard from them. I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times with no response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME more

Bad: I have been with them for a few months. The problem I keep having is my recruiters either leave or get promoted. I have been through 3 recruiters already in 6 months. This is crazy. I'm a single parent looking for a job and talked to another recruiter today. I'm going to give them one last try.. Improvements: Helping people find jobs. Also employing people who will stay with the company. more
