I was contacted by a recruiter less than 48 hours after applying for a position online, and had an interview scheduled for the next day. Everything came across as very professional- from Andi’s welcoming smile in the lobby to the layout of the modern waiting room. They definitely maintain a high level of expectations, both for their own employee’s, and the candidates they interview as well. After my interview, I was given contact information for each person I met with, and was told if I did not hear from them within three days to contact them directly. Less than a day later, I was contacted and offered the position at a higher salary than I expected! All of the recruiters within The TRAK Group are very professional and willing to go out of their way to get the job done, something you DON’T see very often in a hiring and staffing firm! I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone I come across looking for a job!
