Terrible and a waste of time. I finally landed a good job on my own accord. After I signed up with TRAK, I never received one call or a response if I had a question. I noticed several jobs on their website I was qualified for and would express my interest to TRAK without response. Employers are missing out on some fantastic employees by using these placement agencies and not researching potential candidates themselves. I found a job by networking. It took time but it was well worth it.
