GREAT MOVING COMPANY 1/25/2011

I CALLED AND NEEDED MY THINGS MOVED ASAP, IT WAS ONLY A ONE BEDROOM APT AND THEY WANTED TO DO IT THAT DAY WHICH SURPRISED ME BECAUSE THAT WAS EVEN TO SOON FOR ME. LOL SO WE CAME TO THE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS THE 17TH. THE GENTLEMEN THAT SHOWED UP DID A AWESOME JOB I EVEN TRIED TO HELP OUT BECAUSE I FELT BAD JUST WATCHING THEM BUT THEY INSISTED THATS ALL I DO. THE JOB WAS DONE IN WELL THAN ENOUGH TIME. SO I WENT TO GIVE THE GENTLEMEN A TIP AND THEY SAID THE BEST TIP THAT I COULD GIVE WAS TO COME ON HERE AND WRITE A GOOD REVIEW ABOUT THEM. TO ME THAT JUST SAYS ENOUGH ABOUT THEM AND THE COMPANY, I STILL GAVE THEM A TIP BECAUSE THEY DESERVED IT!! THANKS TO EVERYONE OVER SUPERIOR WHO HELPED ME WITH THIS THOUGHT TO BE STRESSFUL TIME. more

Stress free day 1/19/2011

Superior is the best. I was selling my house for 6 months until we had an open house on the 4th. The buyer required an immediate move in. I thought this was going to be a dealbreaker because there would be no way to move out in 10 days. I called 6 companies until I finally got a hold of Mark at Superior. Noone was able to meet my needs except Superior. Their prices were great. Their customer service was great. Their service was great. They moved my 5 br house in 2 days, packed the whole house one day and moved me the next. I would definitely recommend Superior and their staff. Thanks to Joey, Junior, T-Bone, Felix and Barry...They were the most professional and funny movers ever!! Extremely knowledgeable and really tried to make me feel relaxed through the whole move. Thanks again Superior, Mark and the boys!! more

Superior Moving 1/16/2011

We hired Superior Moving for an internal move -- one apartment to another in the same building. They did a fantastic job. They were timely, polite, and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move. I called several movers for estimates. Superior stood out from the rest because they weren't trying to pad the bill with a minimum # of hours, excessive travel time, and a fuel surcharge. Yes, one mover actually told me that I would have to pay a state mandated fuel surcharge even though we weren't using a truck! Save yourself time and aggravation --- make Superior Moving your first call. more

A JOB WELL DONE!!! 1/5/2011

I MOVED LOCAL JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM WHERE I WAS STAYING. THE MOVERS WERE GREAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I COULD ASK FOR AND THIS IS MY WAY OF RETURNING THE FAVOR FOR WHAT THE ENTIRE COMPANY HAS DONE FOR ME, FROM THE OWNER MARK TO THE GUYS WHO MOVED ME. Best experience 12/21/2010

I read previous reviews and thought id try 2 get my quote from a different company. So i called Jensen's Movers and Storage. This proved to be the biggest mistake. Their rudeness, over pricing, and extra charges was too much for me to handle. After all this I was down to the wire. I called Superior Moving and Storage and couldn't be more pleased. Superior gave me a great price and stuck to their word. They sent 3 of the friendliest guys and they were more profetional then i expected... They took apart my the items that we needed to and reassembled everything perfectly. At no point through the day did i ever have any doubt my move would have went less then flawless. more

All Around Fantastic Experience 12/21/2010

What can we say...our move on Dec. 11th from Perkasie, PA to Erwinna, PA was exceptional because of Bill and his crew! We could not have asked for a more professional, well mannered, fast moving bunch of guys!!!! We called the week before we moved in a pinch and Superior Movers said no problem they will be there to help out! From the sales service to the movers from the bottom of our hearts thank you for making a nervous first time moving experience a pleasure. We will be sure to spread the word around!!! more

Philly's Best Movers 12/13/2010

This is my fifth or sixth time using this company and every time it has been a pleasant move. i have had them move everything from just a refrigerator to my whole house. Each time everything had went well and as planned. I have recommended them to my friends and family and have been thanked afterward. Just wanted to thank the guys down at Superior Moving for everything they have done for me especially JOEY and JUNIOR!!!!! more

Amazing Movers~Quick, Professional, and Caring 12/13/2010

I have used Superior Moving for my last three moves, one of which was from PA to FL. They are very affordable, timely, friendly, and accurate. I have referred them to my family and friends who have all thanked me after. I am in the process of moving again over the holidays. Mark at Superior has taken all of the anxiety out of my move and has given me the peace of mind that I will be able to spend my holidays in my new home. Great company 12/10/2010

This company saved a huge headache for me. My move was scheduled for Dec. 1st from Narberth to Gladwyne and the company was coming out the day before to pack everything in my house. I arranged for Superior Moving to show up around 7AM but the buyers of my old house cancelled the walk-through less than a week before. I called Superior thinking I would have to beg and plead to reschedule the dates since this is a big move, 2 trucks and 6 men. I was treated with the utmost professionalism over the phone and in person. It was no problem to change my date!! I was so surprised with the care involved. The men that came out to pack my house specialized in packing. They said they've been doing it for over 10 years and I believe it. On move day, it was nothing but pure discipline and experience. The crew chief packed the trucks while his workers cleared out my house. I couldn't believe the move was finished in one day! I've recommended this company to 2 friends already and will continue to do so. Thank you Superior Moving & Storage. more

Good Fast Strong Movers 12/10/2010

I have read some of these reviews after I moved with this company and honestly i think they must of used a different company because everyone i spoke with was very polite to me. The movers that showed up did a phenomenal I couldn't have asked for more! I have some heavy pieces of furniture like a pool table, piano, and both pieces were taking care of very well. I didn't have one complaint about this moving experience and would recommend them to anyone and everyone that i know who is moving. more

OVERALL GOOD MOVE 12/9/2010

HAVE NOT MOVED MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER USING A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT MOVING WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE UNTIL I STARTED CALLING AROUND AND GETTING QUOTES. THIS COMPANY HAD THE BEST RATES AND WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH ME AND MY SCHEDULE, THE BEST. THE MOVERS (JOEY & JR) WERE GREAT, THEY WERE QUICK, CAREFUL, RESPECTFUL,AND THE PRICE WAS LESS THEN I EVEN EXPECTED AND I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE. HOPEFULLY THIS TIME I WONT HAVE TO MOVE FOR AWHILE BUT IF SO I AM DEFINITELY USING THIS COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. more

A great company with amazing heart! 11/23/2010

Superior Movers is an amazing company. For many years, the owners and staff of Superior volunteer to help MANNA (a non-profit organization in Philadelphia) with our annual “Pie in the Sky” fundraiser by transporting orders all over the area. MANNA improves health by delivering nourishment to people fighting life-threatening illnesses. The support we receive from Superior helps insure that the funds we receive from our fundraiser go directly into our meal service and nutrition programs, rather than paying for transportation services. This event is very complex, but Superior is with us through it all, giving 100%, always willing to do whatever it takes to help us out. Everyone I've ever worked with at Superior has been professional, courteous, and very helpful. I personally and professional recommend their company. more

This company is completely 100% unprofessional! It was like everything we discussed was opposite what we were given! the men were so unprofessional fighting on the job! the office staff is completely unhelpful and unreliable! the only thing this company got right was showing up at our house and taking a LOT of our money! not to mention the bangs in the walls! DO NOT USE THEM! more

Keep your eyes open 10/26/2010

This company is a fraud. They gave me a ridiculously low bid on a job and when I asked them to write a maximum amount that I would have to pay, they did, but then they stopped communicating with me. They don't return phone calls or emails - and this is after the owner Mark, chased me down for two days trying to get my business. No wonder they can give such low bids. I suspect in the end that the price for me would have been much higher had I not requested a cap on the price. I consider myself very lucky - or very smart - for not hiring them. I suspect that anyone doing business with this company should proceed with caution - a lot of caution. At the very least, request a cap on the quote. more
