This company is a fraud. They gave me a ridiculously low bid on a job and when I asked them to write a maximum amount that I would have to pay, they did, but then they stopped communicating with me. They don't return phone calls or emails - and this is after the owner Mark, chased me down for two days trying to get my business. No wonder they can give such low bids. I suspect in the end that the price for me would have been much higher had I not requested a cap on the price. I consider myself very lucky - or very smart - for not hiring them. I suspect that anyone doing business with this company should proceed with caution - a lot of caution. At the very least, request a cap on the quote.
