Made a appointment for oil change and he provided a shuttle to downtown. When he called to let me know my truck was ready he mentioned a battery issue that I was not aware of and had it fixed by the time the shuttle had me back at riverside so I did not have to wait any additional time. more

Warranty Surprise 10/29/2013

routine transmission work needed on a 2008 Taurus bought used but like new and with a warranty that to our surprise was still in place and covered everything. Excellent place to do business. We do miss having George Shoemaker at the Riverside. more

Consistently Excellent 10/29/2013

I take all six of our cars (Fords and Jeeps) to Riverside for our car care--from oil changes to engine repairs. Service is excellent, and I can trust they'll take care of things the right way the first time. It's important to note, too, that the service we receive at Ford flavors our car-buying decisions. We've had lots of Chryslers and an Acura, in addition to Fords and Jeeps, and BY FAR the best service we've received has been at Ford. Thank you. more
