This place has excellent customer service, and they will actually find out what is wrong with your car and fix it...unlike other places that will suggest costly repairs as a way to find the problem. more

Friendly service and great help on problems. 10/8/2013

Did a good job but something happened to my passenger side fog light. Was broken out some how at Ford. They said they will take care of it for me. Great place to get your truck serviced, and they do a great job every time I've been there to have them work on my SUV. So all en all a very nice Ford place. more

Easy to work with 10/6/2013

We put a deposit on a used 2007 ford edge & asked the folks at Riverside to hold the vehicle for a day or two while we dealt with some other very important business. Due to circumstances beyond our control, two days turned into eight days, but there was not a bunch of pressure or anything. They stood by their word & held it for us & the paperwork & everything was very smooth. more

I've always received impeccable service at Riverside Ford. The service is always quick but thorough and my Ford leaves with a wash and vacuum. The agents are knowledgeable and friendly and will go the extra mile for their customers. I recently considered a new tow package for my car and the service agent not only researched the best deal at the dealership but found and offered a better deal at local supplier. more

These guys are great , very nice servie nice people i was really really happy with them and i'm super glad i went there. I looked at few cars online and Riverside Ford was my first one to go to , because it was the closest to my house, and as it turned out the only one that i went to. The person that was helping me was Jorge, he got me super low interest rate on my loan, which i wasnt expectin with my credit score , i know for sure i would not get it anywhere else!!! Also the agent that Jorge called for the insurance for the VW Passat that i bought for them got me really cheap full cover insurance. I walked out of that place with a huge smile on my face :) Thank You Guys !!! more
