Good but not Great 2/28/2014

I went in to get my oil changed. I with the oil change servers Riverside Ford also does an inspection and rotates my tiers. From what I can tell they did a 5 start job. They also wash the care. The care as is how they lost a star. When it was done they had missed large sections of the care. Only half of the back window was washed, and they missed areas where they may have had to bend over. I have a black car so the spots they missed really stood out. I will go back to them because the people friendly and they are very close to my house, but next time I will inspect the car before I drive off. more

Dependable, Stellar Service Department 2/27/2014

No matter what (silly) question I ask, or what (silly) answer I give, the service team at Riverside Ford treats me like a valued customer. I bring all five of our vehicles there (Ford, Jeep, Dodge) for oil changes and periodic maintenance, even though they're a little farther from home. more

Great Service - tough waiting area 2/27/2014

Had my vehicle in for service - the team was absolutely fantastic. No problems. With regards to the waiting area - I was in during a workday, and the wifi was spotty, chairs are uncomfortable and no mobile reception inside the building. If I am going to spend 1-2 hours there, the comforts need to be addressed. There are mobile phone range extenders that could be installed, and another access point or two. more

I drove my expedition into the shop barely running. I was greeted with friendly service advisors and the mechanics did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. like every shop the labor is a little expensive but overall Ford did a great job. more
