Sundial Plumbing

I recently needed a plumber and fortunately for me, I chose Sundial!! Of course these emergencies ALWAYS happen on the weekend and I was no exception. My water heater had sprung a leak. I only had a million other things I could have been doing instead of trying to find a good quality plumber. Nevertheless, I found Sundial's number and called them in a panic. I could tell from the moment I spoke with their knowledgeable service rep, that this was a top-notch company. I was impressed that they 1) answer the phone on the weekend and 2) provide emergency service on the weekend. I was notified when my tech, Gary, was on the way to my home. Upon Gary's arrival, he instantly put me at ease. I liked that Gary was able to quote me an exact price for what needed to be done. He was friendly and confident. Answered my questions and explained as he went. He worked efficiently and wiithin a couple hours, I had a brand new heater. What... a ...relief. Thanks for coming to my rescue, Sundial! more

We've contacted Sundial Plumbing since we saw them in the TrustDale_com website. When they got to the house, we were impressed with their equipment (truck, employee uniform, tools, etc...) but when the guy opened up his mouth, everything went ""down the drain"", literally! We needed to replace our water heater tank since it was leaking and it was 10 years old. Just like ""rrunner"" said on his review, they will OVERCHARGE YOU BIG TIME! They estimated us for replacing the water heater tank (with the same unit), adding a thermal expansion tank and new pressure regulator valve a grand total of $1,855.93. My wife and I almost went into CARDIAC ARREST!!!! Thank God we didn't hire this company and continue researching, we were able to get the same job done with the same Water Heater Brand (Rheed) and installation for only $795.00! Huge Difference ($1,060.93 difference to be exact)! more

DO NOT HIRE SUNDIAL! They will overcharge you for mediocre service. Look at all the negative reviews on Yelp and Kudzu before you make the same mistake I did. Owner does NOT care about customer service. more

We called Sundial Plumbing at about 6:30 at night, panicked because our water service to the house was spraying water. The voice on the other end was calm and confident, she assured me that they would take care of the problem that same night, THE SAME NIGHT, WOW! I really thought ""this is too good to be true"", what's the catch... Pros: fast response, on time, very friendly, fair priced Cons: I cant think of one at all! more
