I recently needed a plumber and fortunately for me, I chose Sundial!! Of course these emergencies ALWAYS happen on the weekend and I was no exception. My water heater had sprung a leak. I only had a million other things I could have been doing instead of trying to find a good quality plumber. Nevertheless, I found Sundial's number and called them in a panic. I could tell from the moment I spoke with their knowledgeable service rep, that this was a top-notch company. I was impressed that they 1) answer the phone on the weekend and 2) provide emergency service on the weekend. I was notified when my tech, Gary, was on the way to my home. Upon Gary's arrival, he instantly put me at ease. I liked that Gary was able to quote me an exact price for what needed to be done. He was friendly and confident.
