Gary completed work in the master bathroom - he determined what needed to be done in the hall bathroom and said he would call to set a date to complete the work in the hall bathroom. He indicated he would call by at least the next Monday. It has been 2 weeks and he has not called. I called the office and indicated I did not need his services and would find another plumber.
Additionally, on the day of the original service I was told the appointment would be from 8 a.m. to noon. Gary finally showed up a little after 2 p.m.
