After talking to the team while whelping a litter of puppies, they were very helpful. They were also great when I had to take my bitch in the next day regarding a possible infection. Great team and service.\r more

The experience was better than expected. The only thing was the length of time it took to check in and out. But, in both cases, it was a weekend/emergency situation so I assume staff was a lot less than during normal business hours. more

I visited the clinic three times, once to have my cat checked out, the second time to put him to sleep, and the last time to put a stray kitten to sleep. Each time I visited, the staff was very caring and compassionate. more

From the first consultation with Dr. Novosad, we were immediately comfortable with having our dog treated there. He presented all the options and was very thorough in explaining the condition our dog was in. We truly appreciated the work performed and the care given. We felt he truly had her well being in mind. Dr. Zimmerman was terrific and appreciated the follow up call after her surgery and when we got home. She did. Wonderful job on her. Our dog is cancer free thanks to slvs. more

Unfortunatley we had to bring one of our three Jacks the clinic after an infection set in after a little brawl over a bone. Being new to the area we have not established a vet locally and still maintain our louisiana vet due to regualar visits back home. The staff was very understanding to our sitiuation and took very good care of our little Abby as well as us during such a difficult time. We even recieved a credit in the mail a few weeks later when the clinic later learned of a slight over charge to our account! AWESOME!! more

We and our cat received immediate, comforting care (physically and emotionally) from the moment we arrived to the time we p/u our Kitty-Ah. It's like the staff reversed the declining physical drama of our cat's condition due to their professional actions. We felt they literally saved our cat's life(good thing Kitty-Ah has those '9 lives'!).Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Love Ya. more

Our beloved dog,Zeke Diggs, was referred on an emergency basis. Drs. Medici and Hennessey did everything to save him, but were notable to. Their care and compassion have made this difficult time for us more bearable. They have answered our questions and have called us back when we had more questions. Dr. Medici was off the next day after Zeke's death, but called us upon her return to express her condolences. This gives us great comfort knowing he was so well cared for during his last hours of life. more
