Unfortunatley we had to bring one of our three Jacks the clinic after an infection set in after a little brawl over a bone. Being new to the area we have not established a vet locally and still maintain our louisiana vet due to regualar visits back home. The staff was very understanding to our sitiuation and took very good care of our little Abby as well as us during such a difficult time. We even recieved a credit in the mail a few weeks later when the clinic later learned of a slight over charge to our account! AWESOME!!
