From the first consultation with Dr. Novosad, we were immediately comfortable with having our dog treated there. He presented all the options and was very thorough in explaining the condition our dog was in. We truly appreciated the work performed and the care given. We felt he truly had her well being in mind. Dr. Zimmerman was terrific and appreciated the follow up call after her surgery and when we got home. She did. Wonderful job on her. Our dog is cancer free thanks to slvs. more

My pet didn't make it due to critical heart failure and I had to let her go. I was heartbroken, but the staff has helped me so much. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I appreciate every one of them, especially the technician who directly cared for my pet. She's not only very professional but also kind and supportive. I'm glad I had her during that difficult time. more

My sweet Lily got into rat poison Sunday night. We called ahead and told them we were on our way. They were ready for us, although we did have to wait a bit in the room. Dr. New explained everything to us and what the plan of treatment was. She decided to keep Lily overnight just as a precaution so she could watch her through the night. Dr. New was very caring and informative. more

Of all my years of owning dogs, have I ever been in such a clean vet office. The staff was exceptional, in friendliness and in answering questions. As worried as I was about my dog, they made my appointment comfortable. more
