My wife and I are most impressed and happy with the treatments and the successful surgery performed on our beloved poodle Max whose health has remarkably, if not miraculously improved. Dr. Douglass and Fraulein Hidalgo were so compassionate and caring with my dog, Darby. I could not have asked for better care for him in his last hour of life. I would definitely reccommend them and the vet hospital to anyone. more

My pet didn't make it due to critical heart failure and I had to let her go. I was heartbroken, but the staff has helped me so much. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I appreciate every one of them, especially the technician who directly cared for my pet. She's not only very professional but also kind and supportive. I'm glad I had her during that difficult time. more

My sweet Lily got into rat poison Sunday night. We called ahead and told them we were on our way. They were ready for us, although we did have to wait a bit in the room. Dr. New explained everything to us and what the plan of treatment was. She decided to keep Lily overnight just as a precaution so she could watch her through the night. Dr. New was very caring and informative. more

I thought the care our dog Katy received was great. Everyone was kind and concerned about our dog. The doctors explained in detail what they were going to do before surgery and were very helpful when I would call with concerns once Katy was home. Thank you for everything ya'll did to get our little dog well. more

This is the second time I've had to visit this clinic and I will not hesitate to return. The staff is always friendly and makes me and my pet feel welcome. I've never had to wait when I've visited either which is very important, especially at 7:00 on a week night. The staff always tells me what's going on with the process and best of all...they don't look at me like I'm crazy when I bring my dog in and explain the reason why. more

My Yorkie had an attack of Pancreatitis (although I had no idea what was wrong with him when we arrived, just knew he was VERY sick) and I was extremely worried. Dr. Douglass and the receptionist/technician saw us immediately (at 3:30 in the morning), diagnosed his condition within about 30-40 minutes, eased his pain, and treated us with respect and concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglass and this facility to anyone I know. Thank you so much! more

Friendly and caring 5/14/2012

Brought my dog in after hours as an emergency. Staff was great and made me feel at ease. They took great care of my dog, and kept me well informed. I felt he was in good hands and had a feeling that they really cared about his well-being. It was a tough weekend, but ended up just fine thanks to your staff. I will recommend your clinic to all my friends. more
