Too bad for Dr. Cassel, he is a nice guy and good eye doctor.
Now, based on that, I really don't understand why he hires such unfriendly staff: no hellos, no smiles to the customers, barely a thank you after you've spent over $600 worth of glasses and lenses, and on top of that they make it very clear all along that you are bothering them... they must not like customers... hmm...
Let's not even talk about the staff who is just downright rude to you... No, really, don't give them your business, you will regret it.
