I have been going here for checkups for a number of years, only because the doctor is really good and thorough and does not rush you in and out. He takes his time, answers your questions and provides quality care.
BUT...for all the years I have been there the staff have been unfriendly, unhelpful and often just rude. You really do get a better swelcome at Walmart and better ervice at McDonalds. Don't know why the doc puts up with these people. I have been waiting 3 weeks for contact lenses. Nobody has called me to tell me if they're in or whether they'll be late...
Oh well. I don't have to go to often so I'll put up with it.
