After calling in advance to confirm they carried contact lenses I was looking for, I went in to pick up a few boxes. When I got there, no one on the staff remembered talking to me on the phone and were too busy to even address me for 20 minutes.
When they finally did, they informed me I would have to have my perscription faxed over. No problem, right? Well, when I asked if I could call for my doctor's number from information, the senior staff member sniped at the girl helping me, ""information costs $.40. He'll have to come back with the perscription on paper."" Not only did she speak of me in the 3rd person right in front of me, she wouldn't shoulder the $.40 it would take to make a $200 sale.
Unbelieveable.
Needless to say I walked out the door. Believe the reviews. Miserable people.
