Tankless water heater repair 8/8/2014

Our tankless water heater took way longer than normal to deliver hot water. Chad W. and Ken came out the same morning, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure regulator, removed it, because it was not needed in a low pressure gas pipe, and got the system working normally again. They were both courteous, organized, knowledgable and cleaned up the work area after they were done. Ken provided me with a lot of interesting facts about how a tankless water heater works, what's important in maintenance and what I should look out for in the future. more

Chad was very professional and represented Streamline Plumbing exceptionally well. He not only replaced the faucets I had hired Streamline to do, but he also took the time to explain what may have caused my leaky faucets and offered several options on how to remedy the underlying causes. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend both Streamline and Chad for future work. Fred was also along, a new hire working through his training phase. I found Fred to be courteous and knowledgeable as well. Bravo Streamline for having exceptional employees working for you! more

Found the problem and fixed it! 7/27/2014

My water bill doubled in one month, no doubt there was a leak somewhere. I never needed to hire a plumber before. I was referred to Streamline by happy customers in my neighborhood. Scheduling was quick. They offered to email a photo id of the tech who would visit my home! The techs wore booties without me even asking when entering my home. They were extremely professional, polite and did a thorough inspection. The problem was with one of my toilets. I was presented with a written estimate of all the various options to correct the problem. They fixed it on the spot and at a very reasonable cost. I will call Streamline again and refer my friends. I'm a very satisfied customer. more

Great Work, Great Attitude! 7/24/2014

Jerry and Billy wound up with a harder job than anyone anticipated while installing my walk-in tub, but they were always positive and patient, hard-working and efficient. I would recommend both for any plumbing or electric needs. The price was fair and I was given a package deal because I used Streamline for both the plumbing and the electric. You couldn't find two nicer or harder working guys anywhere! more

Streamline Plumbing does good honest work 6/30/2014

Today Chad W. Installed a new faucet and disposal for me, necessary because I just had new granite counters installed. He went over everything in detail in advance, and was able to make it work using the old piping, so did not have to install all new plumbing, which would have added to the cost of the job. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. more

Chad did the plumbing part of our annual checkup. He was very thorough. He flushed our tankless hot water heater and checked the rest of our plumbing fixtures. I think he did a very professional job. I highly recommend this service and this this technician. more

Great Job, Start to Finish! 6/16/2014

I had a great experience with Streamline Plumbing today, getting a new water heater installed. I called this morning on recommendation from my former awesome plumber who is no longer in the business. They set a timeframe for arrival, and then called back to say it would be earlier. Chad listened well, explained everything well, wrote up quotes for a couple of options, helped me make a thoughtful decision, checked that all the necessary people were available, and set to work. It was fun to watch several others come at different times and exhibit terrific teamwork--clearly they all knew what they were doing and worked well in concert. He said it would take 4-8 hours, and in about five hours it was all done, cleaned up, and the installation looked great. After Chad made sure my questions were answered, he charged me exactly what was quoted and they left. Completely satisfying experience, and I am grateful! more

I had Streamline Plumbing come in and replace a garbage disposal. Alan H., the technician, came in and did an outstanding job. Thorough, professional, and timely. The price for parts and service was extremely reasonable. Alan was a true professional while he was here. Very knowledgable, helpful and respectful. Chad W., your service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated my plumbing problem and replaced an exterior faucet. Chad conducted a plumbing systems inspection as part of our membership in SPE's Presidents Club. The thorough inspection was detailed on a form checklist supplemented by notes and recommendations. He explained things well and answered all of our questions. Within the week he emailed a quote for other work we asked about. Chad is a pleasant, professional representative of a company we have long relied on for plumbing and electrical work. more

Reliable and profesional 5/6/2014

I've used Streamline Plumbing several times. They have moved the plumbing for my laundry room, installed my whole-house water filter and fixed leaks under my kitchen sink. They arrive as scheduled, are courteous, professional and thorough and provide the costs up front. Their scheduling office is wonderful and the service technicians have been great every time. The one time I had to call them back out, they returned the same day and got the issue solved. I will continue to use them. more

Chad W. did a terrific job repairing a leaky pipe and valve and updating an outdoor faucet to code. I am so pleased to have found such good plumbing service! Chad W. also replaced 3 toilets and cleared several drains a few months ago on a previous service call. I was amazed with what he was able to accomplish in one day - everything turned out great and continues to work well. more
