Chad repaired a burst main water line for me at the end of May/beginning of June. I discovered the break right before a major family event when many relatives were coming into town and staying with me. Throughout the ordeal, Chad was prompt, professional, and polite. He worked around my schedule and explained what was happening and why at every step. As part of the repair, he moved the water cut-off valve to a much more convenient spot (I didn't even remember where it was before that), and came back to adjust the water pressure. He also checked on the viability of a sump pump that had been installed in my crawl space underneath the house, at my request. He reseeded the lawn where the digging occurred, and covered it with straw. All of this was in the middle of a North Carolina summer. Although I initially thought the repair bill was large, as time passed and Chad performed the work, I concluded that it really was a bit of a bargain -- considering all of the time and effort that Chad expended.
