I had a great experience with Streamline Plumbing today, getting a new water heater installed. I called this morning on recommendation from my former awesome plumber who is no longer in the business. They set a timeframe for arrival, and then called back to say it would be earlier. Chad listened well, explained everything well, wrote up quotes for a couple of options, helped me make a thoughtful decision, checked that all the necessary people were available, and set to work. It was fun to watch several others come at different times and exhibit terrific teamwork--clearly they all knew what they were doing and worked well in concert. He said it would take 4-8 hours, and in about five hours it was all done, cleaned up, and the installation looked great. After Chad made sure my questions were answered, he charged me exactly what was quoted and they left. Completely satisfying experience, and I am grateful!
