When shopping on Larchmont, I expect two things:\r
1. Prices to be higher than most stores, as this is a boutique village\r
2. Friendly service.\r
We got what we expected only on number one.\r
For a store catering to children's clothing, the woman running it (at least on the day visited) was an absolute terror.\r
My 5 year old niece had gotten a lovely, yet ill fitting shirt as a gift, and when we attempted to exchange it (tags still attached) we were told very coldly NO. She then confronted us, thrusting clothing we'd left in the dressing room at us (which we were not finished with) and snarled ""Do you need help putting these back?!""\r
She was truly nasty from start to finish; reducing my niece to tears as we left.\r
I can tell you that we will not only never visit that store again, but make sure our Mommy friends are made aware of this non-friendly an outrageously overpriced establishment.
