This first time I went to was the day of a friend's wedding and my nails were a disaster. It was suggested by a technician that I try the new gel-shellac treatment. It looked wonderful and I loved that it was my own nails. Although there was some problem with the application, the manager and employees at Spa Concepts repaired every nail at no charge and were exceptionally courteous and gracious in doing so. The salon is immaculate and relaxing and the Aveda product selection is fabulous and the specialists are extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit and plan on trying more of their vast array of services.
