This company is so dishonest. They have overbilled me and my insurance company so many times. They also will hold billing for months and then bill all at once and I truly believe this is to create confusion so that it cannot really ever be resolved. But more importantly, they put my life in harm's way many times. I had equipment in my home for 4 years and they never once serviced it. They took advantage of the fact that I had no experience with this sort of thing and did not know the ins and outs. When the oxygen concentrator stopped working, they brought me a really old, beat up unit and the delivery agent had not even gotten to the end of my street before the ""new"" unit he had delivered stopped working. Even then, he would not return and here I sat with NO oxygen. It was hours before another technician brought another ""new"" concentrator. Turns out, the 2nd delivery tech brought the same unit that the other guy had just picked up from me. He and the 1st guy had ""met up"" and the first guy just handed the 2nd guy my old machine. I spent the night with no oxygen and this is just an example of how horrible it had become with Soft Touch. They have put my life in danger several times. I think they named themselves Soft Touch because they find the people, like me, who had no experience with medical equipment, a novice, and they named their company after them - Soft Touch. This is truly the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Thankfully, my doctor's office established me with another provider and they are heaven on earth. If anyone needs a referral, call Life Gas. They are the best!!! Soft Touch should be ashamed. They do not care about the patient - only the $$.
Pros: That I no longer have to use them!
Cons: This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with and they just don't care about their patients.
