Soft Touch took our doctor's orders for a bili light for our daughter, confirming with our doctor's nurse that they did accept our insurance. Four days later, they called and left a message to tell us they were out of network. In the end, they charged us for 7 days when we only had the light for 6 and our rep. told us they would look into the matter and didn't. We finally were forced to pay out-of-pocket for this before this went to collections. I am writing a letter to our doctor and posting reviews anywhere I can to urge others never to use this unethical, lying company. I have never registered at any website to leave a review - this is how strongly my disgust is for this company!
