We recently came home with an Apnea monitor for on newborn son. The monitor kept having 'communication issues' We did everything that the guy who walked us through how it all worked said, cleaned everything, made sure it was on his body, but still all we have is a loud constant beeping that prevents any of us from sleeping so we had to turn the monitor off. I called their number earlier in the day and got an on call number since its the weekend. I called that number, repeatedly, and have yet to receive a response back. Now i tried calling their office and it says number disconnected. I tried calling the 1-800 number and get ' your call can not be completed' There's no way I can contact anyone for any kind of help to get a replacement monitor or fix whatever is wrong with the machine.
Pros: did deliver and train at hospital rather than us picking it up
Cons: no weekend access or help available
