Because Google bases its demands on the number of searches and hits, you know that Sidle's is searched for many times during the week. I was involved in a very bad accident last month. My car was totaled, or so I though. My insurance company refused to total the car, since it’s a 2013 Toyota Prius. They said the cost of repairs would not exceed the value of the vehicle. I wasn’t really happy about this, since I thought there would be no way the car could be brought back to original condition. The insurance company suggested I have the vehicle towed to Sidle’s Automotive, because they were a preferred shop. I went over to Sidle’s and explained my situation to them. They told me not to worry, they’d take care of everything, and they did. Now my car looks brand new. more

Sidle’s Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle, if you’re involved in an accident. I took my Ford Focus there after it was rear ended. I was a little upset, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything for me. This was very comforting, since I had no idea what to do in a situation like this. The repairs were excellent and you could never tell my car had been in an accident. I was very happy with the work they did.\r more

This place is so awesome.. I've taken my car here for awhile now and on occasion when I get a recommendation from elsewhere that something needs to be done, they always give me an honest answer! Also, when comparing prices, theirs are always cheaper, sometimes by half! Great place, highly recommend them. more

Someone keyed my car so my insurance company suggested a couple of places. This one was the closest to home and work so I went with it. One of my concerns is always good/bad customer service. So I asked my insurance co whether or not I would be stuck with this place if I didn't feel comfortable. They advised that I would not be obligated to stay with this body shop if I was uncomfortable. It turned out that the man that helped me was very nice and attentive. He said my car would be ready by Thursday at the latest. (I had dropped it off on Monday morning.) My insurance person called me to let me know that the car may be ready by Wednesday. Thursday came along and I had not received a phone call. I called them and the man at the body shop apologized for not calling because he was told my insurance person would be calling me. My insurance person did call, but did NOT confirm the actual day my car would be ready. Anyway, I didn't hold this against the body shop, but against the rep from my insurance company. Heck, the body shop people were much more attentive than the insurance rep! Anyway, I wound up picking up my car... and the job was fantastic! They even washed my car... lol. When I dropped it off, it had been a mess! Now it looked pretty much brand new. They did an awesome job! =) My insurance person over the phone was great! But the insurance rep that sits there is an unfriendly person. Pros: good service, awesome job Cons: insurance rep not so good more

I was in a car accident and found this place because my insurance company's adjuster was located there. One of the guys from Sidle was there while my insurance adjuster evaluated the damage to my car, which was deemed to be minor and isolated to the bumper. I was told by the Sidle guy that my car would be done possibly by Friday (I was there on Wed morning), if not, then on the following Tuesday. I thought this was great and left my car there. At the end of the business day on Friday, no one had called me so I called them and was told that it wasn't ready and it would be Tuesday. I was disappointed but understood. At the end of the business day on Tuesday, I called and was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready possibly on Wednesday, definitely on Thursday. I was told I WOULD receive a phone call to confirm. At this point, I was really irritated and told them that they shouldn't really give such an early ""ready"" date if it typically took this long to fix this kind of damage. Plus, I understand that unexpected delays can arise but it would just be professional courtesy to call the client and let them know what is going on with their car. At this point, I was the one calling on the days that they told me the car would be ready, wondering why they weren't calling me. Also, when I called, they made me feel like I was bothering them. Needless to say, they did not call me on Thursday either. I ended up calling them on Friday morning to find out my car was finally ready (a week from the original date promised). The job they did was fine but I really feel that I could've taken it to the dealer or somewhere else and gotten the same result but preferrably with the professional courtesy of a phone call when they say they will call and with honesty. Pros: Place is clean, location was convenient to where I live. Cons: Poor service, poor communication, untimely repair more
