Someone keyed my car so my insurance company suggested a couple of places. This one was the closest to home and work so I went with it. One of my concerns is always good/bad customer service. So I asked my insurance co whether or not I would be stuck with this place if I didn't feel comfortable. They advised that I would not be obligated to stay with this body shop if I was uncomfortable. It turned out that the man that helped me was very nice and attentive. He said my car would be ready by Thursday at the latest. (I had dropped it off on Monday morning.) My insurance person called me to let me know that the car may be ready by Wednesday. Thursday came along and I had not received a phone call. I called them and the man at the body shop apologized for not calling because he was told my insurance person would be calling me. My insurance person did call, but did NOT confirm the actual day my car would be ready. Anyway, I didn't hold this against the body shop, but against the rep from my insurance company. Heck, the body shop people were much more attentive than the insurance rep! Anyway, I wound up picking up my car... and the job was fantastic! They even washed my car... lol. When I dropped it off, it had been a mess! Now it looked pretty much brand new. They did an awesome job! =) My insurance person over the phone was great! But the insurance rep that sits there is an unfriendly person. Pros: good service, awesome job Cons: insurance rep not so good more
